Yesterday while I was driving along Tampines Ave 10, this mindeaf driver was using his mobile phone while driving the mindeaf vehicle!!! How cum gahment sector can do it & why can't we do it??? Driving while using phone is very dangerous.This driver should be punish by the military law/ traffic law!!!
